Shipping Policy

  • পণ্য ডেলিভারী চার্জ ১ কেজি হিসাবে দেওয়া আছে এবং পরবর্তী প্রতি ১ কেজিতে অতিরিক্ত কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য (শুধুমাত্র ফ্রি ডেলিভারী অফার ব্যতীত)।
  • যে কোন ভারী পণ্য/বস্তু, আকারে বড় ও সাধারণ ওজনের(১ কেজি) বাইরে পণ্য ডেলিভারীতে অতিরিক্ত কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য ।
  • কুরিয়ার এর ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা অবশ্যই পণ্য ভাঙ্গা থাকলে অথবা প্যাকেট ছেঁড়া থাকলে কুরিয়ার থেকে পণ্য গ্রহণ করবে না। কুরিয়ারে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ক্রেতা গ্রহণ করলে তা নিজ দায়িত্বে করতে হবে এবং এই ব্যাপারে পরে কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না। এবং গ্রাহক কে অবশ্যই পরিবহন খরচ অগ্রিম বহন করতে হবে।
  • পণ্য Confirm হওয়ার আগ মুহূর্ত পর্যন্ত ক্রেতা যে কোন সময় অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন।
  • hatkoro inhouse product পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৫ দিনের মধ্যে ও মার্চেন্ট সর্বরাহকৃত পণ্য ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ক্রেতা তাঁর পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন সে ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পরিবহন খরচ থেকে সমন্বয় করা হবে। 
  • রিফান্ড দাবির সময় থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে ৷ নির্দিষ্ট কারনে পণ্য রিটার্ন দেয়ার পর অথবা গ্রহণযোগ্য কারনে মূল্য রিফান্ড করতে ৩ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে এবং Merchant end থেকে পেমেন্ট শুরু করার পরে এটি ১৪ দিন পর্যন্ত বা গেটওয়ের টাইমলাইন অনুযায়ী সময় লাগতে পারে।
  • কোন ধরণের সফটওয়্যার/সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স ক্রয়ের পর তা রিটার্ন অথবা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয় এবং কোন ধরনের Shipping চার্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়।
  • অনলাইনে কোন পণ্য ক্রয় করার পর যদি যে পণ্য অর্ডার করেছে ঐ পণ্য না হয় অথবা বাহির থেকে দেখে পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ মনে হয় তাহলে ক্রেতা ফেরত দিতে পারবে তবে কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
